We Take Your Child's Education Seriously
|
We've been educating and entertaining kiddos for over 10 years in the Mill Creek area. This home-grown family business started as one humble childcare location, eventually expanding to a total of 7 partner locations that include childcare or preschool. Come see us in this English/Spanish bilingual location, in the Mill Creek Town Center just behind the Town & Country Market. Our new location in South Everett is now Open!

Our Families Love Us. Here's What a Couple of Them Have to Say:
|
KP: "I can't say enough positive things about Miss Ivonne and her wonderful team of teachers. They are so attentive, caring and have helped make my daughter beyond ready to move on to kindergarten."
|
KW: "My daughter, who has had previous separation issues, is genuinely excited to see her teachers every morning which makes life all around better for our family." ...the staff is dancing, having fun, playing pretend, reading to the group while on the floor at their level & actually engaging with the kids..."

The Environment
We just about went down to the bones to build this open concept learning environment. It kind of looks like a Montessori, but we run it more like a Reggio Emilia. Our unique approach is basically based on the newer Creative Curriculum as explained below. What does that mean for your child? We designed the space with learning and play centers, but also freedom to move. Our schedule and curriculums help us be flexible to teach things that matter with the times, but also sneak in learning through play with subjects that kiddos are interested in.
Our Curriculums
|
Our belief is that children learn more successfully when they are interested in the subject. We utilize two different curriculums, and tailor different parts of these depending on the class.
1. a. The Creative Curriculum: "The Most Widely Used Preschool Curriculum in the Country" individualizes instruction by understanding how children’s abilities progress and supporting them. 1. b. El Currículo Creativo: We also incorporate the Spanish version of The Creative Curriculum - opening young minds abilities. "Researchers across different studies have found that studying a language seems to unlock students' creative abilities." - Cambridge 2. Experience Curriculum: This curriculum incorporates 35 research-based skills into playful games and discovery projects and has flexible lesson plans for toddlers and preschool age groups. |
